Without a Broker
Done with you, five owners at a time.
Who this is for
You own an established business and you've decided to sell it within the year. A broker either turned the deal down or you did the commission math and didn't like it. You may already have it listed somewhere, buyers are writing to you, and you can't tell which ones are real.
What we do
Over about six months, you sell your business yourself and I work beside you.
Get ready
We recast your earnings the way a buyer's lender will and gather the documents a bank will ask for. Then we go looking for the things that block a deal, so you find them before a buyer does. You set your ask on a number a lender can finance.
Build your own CIM
You onboard yourself on BizTender, the software my co-founder and I built for exactly this. Plan on a day, with breaks. Before you publish, I read your CIM the way a buyer will. Then you paste your link into every listing you already have. Buyers who come through it sign an NDA and show they can fund the deal before you spend an hour on them.
Run the buyer conversations
You take every call. I take the call before the call. Before you grant exclusivity and before you sign a letter of intent, we talk, and anything headed to a buyer's lender goes past me first. After the LOI, one call a month until the wire clears.
What I don't do
I never contact your buyer, and I don't negotiate for you. Finding buyers is your listing's job. Legal and tax questions go to your attorney and your CPA; I'll tell you what to ask them. I'm not a broker and I'm not licensed as one. The fee is flat and it's the same whether the business sells or not.
I'm a co-founder of BizTender. You pay BizTender for the software directly, at its published pricing. I don't take a cut of that, and BizTender takes no cut of your sale.
How it works
Start with a Sale Readiness Review. Bring three years of P&L and tax returns, and your lease. You leave with a likely value range and a list of what to fix first, starting with anything a bank won't finance. If I don't think the engagement makes sense for you, I'll say so on that call.
Five owners at a time. When one closes, a spot opens.

The value range from the review is an estimate for planning. It is not an appraisal and isn't meant for lending, legal or tax use.
